All sales for Lakeside Live tickets are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Lakeside Live is an all-weather event. The festival will take place rain or shine, and no price concessions or refunds will be provided in the case of inclement weather or unfavorable conditions. Attendees are advised to come prepared for various weather conditions and dress accordingly.
Lakeside Live reserves the right to make changes to the festival schedule, including but not limited to artist lineup, performance times, and stages. In the event of artist cancellations, Lakeside Live will make reasonable efforts to replace the canceled artist, but no refunds will be provided solely due to artist cancellations or changes.
Lakeside Live shall not be held liable for any artist cancellations, changes, or non-performance. Attendees understand that artist cancellations may be beyond the control of Lakeside Live and refunds will not be available in such cases.
Lakeside Live shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by any changes, postponements, or cancellations of the festival due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
In the event that Lakeside Live determines, in its sole discretion, that the festival must be canceled or postponed, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Refund options, if available, will be communicated to ticket holders at that time. Lakeside Live reserves the right to determine the appropriate refund procedure, if applicable.
Attendees are responsible for the safekeeping of their tickets. Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
Lakeside Live shall not be held liable for any unauthorized reselling or fraudulent use of tickets. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be invalid, and Lakeside Live reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone presenting an invalid or counterfeit ticket.
Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Lakeside Live and its organizers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
By attending Lakeside Live, attendees agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Lakeside Live, its organizers, sponsors, artists, vendors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to their attendance at the festival.
