LAKESIDE LIVE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Lakeside Live, all attendees agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Entry & Ticketing

• All attendees must possess a valid ticket or pass for entry.

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise permitted by Lakeside Live in writing.

• Admission is subject to security screening, bag checks, and searches upon entry.

• Attendees must enter the festival grounds by 10:00 PM for guaranteed admission. Lakeside Live reserves the right to deny entry after this time due to capacity, operational, or safety considerations.

• No re-entry is permitted once an attendee exits the festival grounds.

• Lakeside Live reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee at its sole discretion.

2. Age Restrictions

• Lakeside Live is a strictly 19+ event.

• Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.

• Individuals under the age of 19 will not be permitted entry under any circumstances.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited and may be confiscated:

• Weapons of any kind

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances

• Fireworks, explosives, or incendiary devices

• Laser pointers

• Drones or unmanned aerial devices

• Glass containers

• Outside food or beverages

• Any item deemed unsafe, dangerous, or disruptive by event staff or security

Attendees may be denied entry if found in possession of prohibited items.

4. Behaviour & Conduct

• Attendees must respect the rights, safety, and personal space of others.

• Harassment, discrimination, violence, vandalism, public intoxication, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Attendees must comply with all instructions provided by event staff, security personnel, medical staff, and law enforcement.

• Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

5. Safety & Security

• Lakeside Live maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal activities, including the possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances.

• Open fires, unauthorized pyrotechnics, and other hazardous activities are strictly prohibited.

• Emergency exits, access routes, and safety equipment must remain unobstructed at all times.

• Attendees are encouraged to immediately report safety concerns to event staff.

6. Environmental Responsibility

• Please help maintain the cleanliness of the venue by disposing of waste in designated garbage and recycling receptacles.

• Damage to festival property, venue property, equipment, infrastructure, or landscaping may result in removal from the event and liability for repair costs.

7. Health & Wellness

• Attendees are encouraged to stay hydrated and consume alcohol responsibly.

• Complimentary water stations will be available throughout the venue.

• Medical personnel will be available on-site; attendees requiring assistance should contact the nearest staff member or security personnel.

8. Photography, Video & Media Release

• Personal photography and video recording are permitted for personal use only.

• Professional photography, videography, commercial recording, live streaming, or media coverage requires prior written authorization from Lakeside Live.

• By entering the festival grounds, attendees grant Lakeside Live and its partners the irrevocable right to capture, use, reproduce, publish, and distribute their image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any promotional, marketing, advertising, or media materials without compensation.

9. Weather Policy

• Lakeside Live is a rain-or-shine event.

• No refunds, credits, exchanges, or compensation will be provided due to weather conditions, including rain, heat, wind, smoke, or other environmental factors.

• Attendees are responsible for preparing appropriately for changing weather conditions.

10. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

• Attendance at Lakeside Live is voluntary and at the attendee's own risk.

• Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, theft, loss, crowd-related incidents, weather-related incidents, and exposure to loud music, lighting effects, pyrotechnics, and other festival-related activities.

• Lakeside Live, its organizers, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, artists, vendors, venue partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, illness, death, claim, expense, or liability arising from attendance at the event, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Event Changes & Cancellation

• Event programming, schedules, artists, attractions, amenities, and services are subject to change without notice.

• Lakeside Live reserves the right to modify, postpone, interrupt, or cancel any aspect of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, safety concerns, government orders, emergencies, or force majeure events.

By attending Lakeside Live, all attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with any of the above may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.
